1. Data controller

The data controller is Smog.guru (VAT IT03503990966), Venice, Italy. For any privacy request you can write to info@cointraption.io.

2. What we collect and why

• Newsletter — your email address, to send you service updates and launch announcements. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Account (registered users) — username and a hashed password, to provide access to the reserved area and your personal paper-trading agent. Legal basis: performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical session cookie — a single strictly-necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are used, so no consent banner is required.

3. Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists; deleting the account removes the related data.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is processed on our infrastructure and via the email provider used to deliver notifications. No transfer outside the service takes place beyond what is needed to operate it.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@cointraption.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
